Ohhh how I missed you, my dear, dear blog. I’m not sure how we lost touch, but I plan on making it up to you. I have big news, big plans, and lots of excitement to come ![]()
Here is what I have been up to:
-His & Hernandez website and logo design-

-Clearwater REI logo and web design-

-Merry Christmas Cards-

There were many other projects over the last few months, but they are TOP SECRET. wink wink
I have also continued to work hard as Promotions Coordinator at Taco Bell Arena, but as of Feb. 18th I will be moving on. I was recently hired as Interactive Designer at Side Door Media. I am very excited to join their team and I look forward to taking some time off from freelance work and focusing on my illustration.
2008 has just begun and I have already learned so much about myself and those around me. The most important self discovery was moments ago, when I found out I know nothing about love. Which is a funny thing to discover. Considering I have known that all along…
One exciting tidbit: I’m going to buy a house… and you know what that means- PUPPY, decorating, remodeling, and my very own grass (the regular stuff not pot, ha ha)
As I sit here and write my first blog of the year, I can’t help but to feel really good. Maybe it’s because its 1:30am and I am delirious. The only way I know how to explain it is a running analogy. Are you ready for this? Okay here it goes:
The best runs I have had are those that challenge me. I need that giant hill to climb or rain storm to endure. It can hurt so bad in the moment, but I always know the sky will clear and the road will level out. When I finish, I finish strong and feel so much stronger then I did before I began. So I feel like I might be running through a rain storm right now, but I can’t help but smile because I just know it’s all a small part of a long journey. I’m really looking forward to see what this road has to throw at me, bring it on- I can take anything
cheers
